Why I choose Freelancing?

Freelancing is a job that I didn't know I will enjoy today. I'm a former chef which I also love but when I accidentally learned about Freelancing and the benefits included in this field, I fell in love instantly. I' am currently exploring the deeper side of Freelancing by enrolling in a Freelancing course which allows me to have deeper knowledge in every niche that I will surely need for my future clients.

Why did I choose to be a Freelancer? The answer is time. When I' am working as a chef before I need to travel far, I don't have enough time with my family because I need to go to work early and return home late. Another reason is the trauma I've got when I lost my son due to SIDS(Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). I planned to go back to work after what happened but I got pregnant again and the thought of leaving my baby for work scares me a lot. What if it will happen again? I think I can't fulfill the duty needed in my work when my heart and mind are left at home. That's the time I accidentally discovered Freelancing through a friend.

Way back 2013 my friend introduced me to Freelancing. I tried using my Culinary skills by making a recipe for a client, but I think my Culinary skills aren't enough for me to pursue Freelancing. It took me years to decide if I will still want to pursue with Freelancing career because of the lack of experience. My past experiences are way far from freelancing but I really want this career, I really want to learn, I really want to work and I really want to help provide for my family but at the same time take care of them. Filipino Virtual Assistance came at the right time, their social media ads gave me hope and inspire me more to continue what I want. I enrolled immediately and find the course very challenging yet interesting. I enjoyed every topic, every portfolio, every new skill I discovered, plus the people behind this academy have the heart to help every people who want to take this path. I' am now more confident to pursue and be better in this career through the help of FVA.
